Sephora VIB Spring Sale Haul
Sephora VIB Spring Sale Haul. If you are unfamiliar with this brand,Sephora is a french cosmetic retail store that was founded in 1969. The store features nearly 300 brands including it’s own private label. They are one of the top cosmetic retail stores globally.
Every year Sephora has an annual sale for people who are members of the Beauty Insider / VIB/VIB Rouge membership program. This year Sephora offered all Beauty Insider members 10% off and all VIB/VIB Rouge members 15% off everything in the entire store.
About a week ago I received a postcard in the mail from Sephora. The sale began April 18th for all Rouge members , April 19th for VIB , AND April 20th for Beauty Insiders. Since I am a member of the VIB club I received a 15% off coupon card. As soon as the sale began for VIB I took full advantage of all the perks. By the end of my quest my shopping cart was full of wants.
My first item of purchase was the Tarte Tarteist Pro Eyeshadow Palette. This eyeshadow palette retails for $53, and featured 16 matte shades and 4 duo chrome shimmer shades to complete any look. I was attracted to this palette based on the unique shade variation of nudes , pastels , and dark shades. This palette is made out of amazonian clay and all natural products, plus it smells like vanilla. So far I am loving this palette. The palette delivered excellent pigmentation, and is made to compliment any skin tone.
The next item of purchase was the Too Faced Sweet Peach Eyeshadow Palette. This eyeshadow palette retails for$49 , and features 18 shades that represent a peach in all stages of life. I have been seeing the Sweet Peach Palette being raved about all over Youtube, and it made want to get it. I gave in to the hype. I haven’t tested this palette out , but I will be soon.
The last notable item of purchase was the Urban Decay Jean Michel Basquiat Collection Eyeshadow palette in “Gold Griot” . This palette is limited edition , and released exclusively to the app on the day of the sale. The Gold Griot palette retailed for $39 , but I only paid $27 with discount code. Gold Griot featured 8 beautiful neutral shades that blended like a dream with minimal fall out. Of course this baby is sold out , but it will be rereleasing on April 27th.
The other items I purchase were miscellaneous . I purchased a beauty blender and some brush cleaner. Overall I am happy about all of my purchases. I welcome them with open arms into my collection. You can watch my full take on these products by clicking the link below or watching the video within.
